Day 3 of Inktober has arrived – here is my little inky doodle.
So, should have been out yesterday however I got sidetracked BUT at least I did the inking on day 2 :)
Thought I’d have a go at this, this year. Originally created by artist Jake Parker and is simply a creative exercise to help get more confident at drawing/inking. Maybe you’d be interested too?
Hallo you. Been a while since I last did a Worldwide Wednesday blog post so I wanted to try and explore more talent from around the world this year and the first person that I would like to introduce you to is a very talented artist from Cornwall in England.
Her name is Alice Hole, so, if you have your mug/brew ready, let me introduce you to Alice.
Would you like to see my latest entry in the Doodle Journal?

You know the saying. ‘You can’t teach an old dog new tricks’. I’m not so sure.
If like me you have a stash of stencils and templates that you got donkey’s years ago, and that have sat in the drawer since then, why not have a rummage and see if any would be suitable for Zentangling.
That’s very much what I’ve been doing this weekend.
Last week I shared a gallery of images that featured still life drawing attempts.
This week I have a collection of life drawing sketches to share with you.
When sitting at my desk thinking of ideas for blog posts I often catch a glimpse of my college portfolio sitting quietly in the corner and it hit me recently, why don’t I share this with you?!
This first collection is some of my first ‘official’ attempts at sketching and drawing, in particular those that would be grouped under “still life”.
