Day 16 – 30 Days Of Card Making Was a bit lost for today’s creation so went for something proper simple and old school.
With many big pride events happening around the country during the summer, it seemed daft that I didn’t make something to give a nod in the direction of the rainbow, so I thought I’d go all out and make something fabulous, darlink!
It feels like an absolute age since I last sat down and documented a complete creation from start to finish, so that is exactly what I did! Sort of.
Teabag folding. That’s what went through my mind for this artist trading card creation.
Ever since I learnt Teabag Folding I have always enjoyed sitting down to a session of folding and gluing.
It seemed only natural then that I should include it in some way in my series on handmade Christmas things.
For a while now I have had a list of design ideas that I’ve been wanting to try. With a rare day off the other day I thought that I would give one of them a try.
It was a simple concept – make a teabag folding design using rubber stamps.
Little did I realise that it would become a labour of love and take up most of that day off.
It was definitely fun to do though and I was so proud of it that I thought that I would like to share it with you all.
