Whoop! Managed to get some ACTUAL CREATIVITY done this week! Fancy seeing what I have created???Read More »
Recently I showed you a paint pouring experiment and also my Screen Sensations first attempts.
As I was pottering about the flat the other night a lightbulb went on, and not just because the nights are drawing in. This lightbulb was a creative one and suggested to me something VERY exciting!
Been tinkering with a little something over the last few days.
Bit by bit it has come together and became something quite lovely.
So, I haven’t forgotten the old ATC365 challenge and whilst I was having a tidy up the other day I found a few scraps from my recent Encaustic Arts experiments that just squealed out at me to be used – so I did use them.Read More »
Well hello there cheeky face – it’s lovely to see you again.
Now, I had such a lovely time making the box frame card yesterday that I thought that I would try my hand at another one …Read More »
Hello my lovely bloggy chums! I’m very excited as I managed to get some time in the craft room this weekend!
Would you like to see what I made…?
It feels like an absolute age since I last sat down and documented a complete creation from start to finish, so that is exactly what I did! Sort of.
Would you believe that this make started out with something that you would normally have thrown out?
Well, it did! Pull up a chair and I shall explain…
My enthusiasm in making canvas creations seems to be continuing this week with quite a quick and simple abstract affair.
No, no, not really. Lol. It’s another canvas creation.
The title comes from the finished result, but I’ll be honest, this was not how it started out or where it was supposed to end up!
Sadly this post is not a tribute to the 80’s pop group that brought us classics such as Agadoo. It is instead a lovely canvas art project that I recently completed.
It’s been a while since I last blogged but I certainly haven’t been idol. I’ve been trying out lots of new things and trying to work in some techniques that I already enjoy.
I am therefore very pleased to be able to bring you another Monday Mash Up this week. This time it is a bit of home decor that starts out with a small artist’s canvas and some cheap wrapping paper.
In case you hadn’t noticed it’s been darn hot this past week so I’ve really not spent much time in the craft room but have still managed to have a little play.
In this post I hope to give you a brief photographic tour of a recent trip to Hunstanton and I thought that I would share with you a quick card idea that I had whilst I was pottering about on the beach.Read More »
First of all, let me just explain the title – it has nothing to do with THOSE BOOKS or THAT THING, but now that I have your attention, you might like to read about some rubber stamping that I have been doing this week?
After you’ve cooled down.Read More »
