During the recent shows on Create and Craft TV, I discovered more cool creative technique for using the GoPress and Foil system.

Some things have a big mouth, like me. Other things include the Craftwell eBosser. Wendy Timerblake recently decided to stuff it with her GoPress and Foil and through her experimentations, and subsequent kind email to me, I am delighted to share her sandwich recipe!
Some celebrate it, some dread it. Either way, Halloween gives us a justified opportunity to explore our darker side and use some colour combos that just wouldn’t work at any other time of year.
So that’s just what I did. Out with the toxic green, ghoulish purple, zombie teal and ghostly white and canvas at the ready – time to get zombified!

Another Scan N Cut Workshop is now available – this time in Kent on Saturday, January 27th, 2018.
A wee while ago I was having a little fiddle in the craft room and created something that I was quite proud of.
When you’ve stopped giggling, perhaps I could show you what I created?
Exciting news – for me at least – this little slice of the blog-o-sphere has been nominated for Papercraft Blog Of The Year in the Immediate Media British Craft Awards for the second year in a row!
Whether it makes it into the finals though is down to you and whether you think it’s worth a vote …
Hopefully, in recent weeks you’ve seen my demonstrations on Create and Craft TV or on YouTube for the GoPress & Foil machine.
If so, I am pleased to share another cool idea for using this innovative system to spice up your ribbon stash.
Back in July the UK got it’s first taste of the GoPress & Foil system. Since then the team that developed it have come up with some new ideas for using the system and have therefore re-designed the system to enable us to do more!
I am therefore well excited to be bringing you version two of this incredible creative craft room tool via Create & Craft TV tonight!
I have even put together a little video to help explain the new ‘bits’.
Recently I showed you a paint pouring experiment and also my Screen Sensations first attempts.
As I was pottering about the flat the other night a lightbulb went on, and not just because the nights are drawing in. This lightbulb was a creative one and suggested to me something VERY exciting!
Well hallo you! Seems like ages! To be honest, I have been totes busy of late and have let my wee little corner of the web slide a little.
The good news is that I did manage to squeeze in a little late night fiddling – no, you saucy monkey, not that kind – the creative kind!
With my watercolours I have been building up a little library of techniques and, of course, I just had to share them with you!Read More »
To continue with the SVG Saturday series of posts, in which I supply you with a FREE cutting file each week, this week I have created a chain link frame for your enjoyment.

The next Scottish date for Brother Scan N Cut workshops is now available. This one is for Aberdeen.
Today I was at Craft World in Glasgow demonstrating the GoPress and Foil system to anyone that fancied popping in for a natter.
Whilst practicing with it last week I created 16 technique videos that I decided to share on YouTube.
