This week’s free SVG cutting file is a simple mini envelope. I have designed this to fit Artist Trading Cards however you can of course increase the size to fit larger projects.

I was having a dig around the craft room recently and discovered a couple of things that I hadn’t seen in a while. This is not odd.
It was odd however that both seemed to have a sea faring theme so I thought that I would spend a few minutes making them up into a finished project.
Yesterday I said that I would show you how I created the Christmas Card that featured the SVG cutting file background that I created – so here is that run-through as promised :)
This week’s SVG saturday cutting file is a simple circular Mandala style background design.
I originally thought that it would be good as a background for card fronts or as a simple frame in which to place a sentiment or central image however I am sure that those of you that do scrapbooks could always re-size it and use it as a photo frame for a special occasion or scrapbook cover.
Either way, I hope that you will get some use out of it.
This week’s Worldwide Wednesday takes us all the way back to Australia to visit with a very talented scrapbooking and mixed media aritst named Peg Hewitt.Read More »
It’s been a while since I last blogged but I certainly haven’t been idol. I’ve been trying out lots of new things and trying to work in some techniques that I already enjoy.
I am therefore very pleased to be able to bring you another Monday Mash Up this week. This time it is a bit of home decor that starts out with a small artist’s canvas and some cheap wrapping paper.
I don’t know about you, but I really look forward to these little Worldwide Wednesday jaunts now :)
This week I got in touch with Simone Naoum who is an enthusiastic card maker and rubber stamper from Perth, Australia.
In case you hadn’t noticed it’s been darn hot this past week so I’ve really not spent much time in the craft room but have still managed to have a little play.
A decorative free SVGÂ cutting file for you all this week.
This time I have designed a complete card front, you just need to add your choice of topper or sentiment.
The design also incorporates a trellis style background and all layers and mats.

In this post I hope to give you a brief photographic tour of a recent trip to Hunstanton and I thought that I would share with you a quick card idea that I had whilst I was pottering about on the beach.

Just a quick one this week to share a cutting file for a tag with a pocket that you can use with your Brother Scan N Cut machine.
First of all, let me just explain the title – it has nothing to do with THOSE BOOKS or THAT THING, but now that I have your attention, you might like to read about some rubber stamping that I have been doing this week?
After you’ve cooled down.

On Saturday I shared a cutting file for a chocolate gift box for use with the Brother Scan N Cut. This post continues on from there and features some of the chocolate “pockets” that I decorated.
Just a quick set of cutting files to download for your Brother Scan N Cut machines today.
It builds on last week’s matchbox file but this time is a long thin box that you can give chocolate bars in. If you don’t eat them before you’ve finished making the box – like I did :)
So, the other week when I had a little “spree” at Wee Stamps, I actually bought several fairies so I thought that I’d do another colouring/card making Monday Mash Up with another one of the designs this week.
