It’s been a while, but I can confidently say that I am at my happiest in a long LONG time. In addition, I am never happier than when I am making and creating, which is more often these days – perhaps a link there?
Anyway, it was this ethos that went into this artist trading card.

Even though I had a massive de-clutter before leaving my home there were a few things that I didn’t get rid of, despite them still being unfinished.
Fire is the theme for the third in this mini series of Artist Trading Cards and it uses a new addition to my craft stash.
In October I ran a couple of scene stamping workshops using the wonderful clear stamp range from Hobby Art Ltd.
I thought that it might be a nice idea to put together a quick video showing you how I went about creating one of the three scenes that were prepared for these workshops in cased you missed the chance to attend in person.

The Artist Trading Card series of posts continues with number 92 – can you believe that I have made 92 of these little beauties already – that’s over a quarter of the way through the year?!
Despite being a little behind with getting them all complete and online I am so proud right now that I could burst!
Today’s little monster make started out with a little Color Burst from Ken Oliver again. This time though, it inspired a whole different feeling.
For this Artist Trading Card I thought that I would venture back into the realm of the abstract and colour fun.
You all know Nigel May, Right? You know, international author, TV presenter and all round a-may-zing good guy.
What about Ken Oliver? You know, international creative entrepeneur and purveyor of Color Burst.
And me? Well, I’m just me, lol.
Anyway, pop those three together and what do you get…?
I’ve actually had time this weekend to make a canvas creation AND create a video of the process – woo-hoo!
