This Artist Trading Card creation features an almost monotone colour choice but conversely is a celebration of the many aspects of life, and a reminder that we should all be out there living it.

Remember the good old days before the advent of apps and instant messaging when we wrote love letters? I do.
There are times that I wish it would come back too! Old fashioned ways, can sometimes appeal more than the new ways of keeping in touch.
Bit of a two-for for this ATC creation, mostly because the first one didn’t quite turn out as expected.
To be fair, neither did the second but then this creative journey is about trying different things and experimenting :)
Artist trading card number 66Â celebrates the spirit of freedom, to a fashion.
It didn’t quite turn out the way I wanted but I am happy with it none the less.
Love a giggle?
Yes?
Q: Did you hear about the mathematician who’s afraid of negative numbers?
I have been reflecting on life a lot recently and have come to the conclusion that I should be grateful for a lot of things. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not been an easy ride; I’ve had my fair share of rubbish bits but just recently I am trying to make the choice to look at the positives and be appreciative of what I have so I wanted to sum this up in one of these ATC makes.
After a little rummage through my stash I think that IÂ found the perfect set of sentiments. It was the “Friendly Advice” clear stamp set from Inkadinkado.
A warm welcome to number 62 in my Artist Trading Card challenge.
This was just a quick creation using a topper from The Hobby House and Elisabeth Bell.
I do love a soak in the tub – but with my sense of humour this image pretty much sums up what bathtimes would probably be like for me if I wasn’t all sensible and grown up. :)
Hello again! Here is the next in the series of Artist Trading Cards from my year long challenge.
This one celebrates the fact that Spring is almost here – sort of. Well, I’m sure it’ll turn up when it wants to.
Following on from yesterday’s experimental creation I thought that I would try another make with the Cover A Card series of stamps from Impression Obsession.
Today’s ATC was a total experiment with no particular theme.
It’s a PUPPY!!!! Ok, I’ve wanted a dog in my life for a very long time – and I still haven’t got one :/
Ah well, at least it’s a theme that I can use in my ATC challenge! :)
Flowers. In a pot. Simple concept. Lovely result.
Today’s ATC was a total cheat and REALLY quick!
“I’m forever blowing bubbles” – or so I sing in the bath :)
Anyway, today’s doodle based ATC features an impression on that song.
Today’s ATC celebrates Spring. Back when I made this it was a distant vision of the future, but as I write this post it has been a beautiful day and it really feels like Spring is finally popping it’s head around the door! :)
