Resin, Revisited and Gloriously Glittery Goodies!

This time I started with the resin that had the pigment powder in it and then worked down the grades of glitter.

I fiddled about again, less this time though.

Then poured the clear resin from one end only so that the other resin was pushed back against the edge.

A sprinkling of the chunks next.

Finally, the blow torch. Yes, I know it sounds excessive but seriously this is THE BEST WAY of getting rid of the air bubbles that form and rise to the top.

Hey presto, job done!

Now to wait impatiently for 24 hours until they have cured to the point that I can remove them from the moulds.

Sadly you will have to wait too!

On the plus side, tomorrows post will be mostly this in video form, along with the results!

Phew, Ok, time to pack the excitement back in the box and pack the stuff away.

Don’t forget to check out all of the goodies from Nicola and Laura over on their website, Just4youonlineUK. It’s reet lovely!

Hope you have enjoyed this one so far and will join me again tomorrow for the next part.

If you have any questions, feel free to pop them in the comments section below and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Ok, signing off now. Have a good – insert time of day here – lol, and I look forward to seeing you again soon!

  3. Hi John. Sorry to ‘hijack’ an email. I emailed using the DCE form and got no response. I’ve had my DCE membership removed with no reason. Can you please shed some light? I recently lost my debit card and had to get a new one but I thought my weekly payments were through PP. Im sure I’ve done nothing wrong and I’m devastated. Please help x
