Flipping back to the cardstock while the tack dried I didn’t really like the pastel effect and so gave it a liberal wash of turquiose and purple ink.

Then used the Brilliance inkads to stamp out the galaxy design and added some detail with a white gel pen.

Wooo ha! Looks pretty!
Stuck both of these in the recesses and edges them with black paint.
Reaching for an old fave I cut out some specific words – from the Tim Holtz sentiment stickers – and made up a quotation that I thought summed up is Virgos.

As you can see I also used a white gel pen to edge the words. Liked this as it seperated them from the background and tied it in with the rest of the design style.

Penultimately, I added some Nuvo drops to be the BIG stars in the design.

Right, before I tip over that ‘waaaay too much going on here’ imaginary barrier I decided to finish this with a thin glaze on the words.

Done!

Woo hoo! Love making these! Might make another one soon.
What do you think of these/this one? How would you decorate yours? I would love to hear your thoughts.
Right, time to crack on with eating healthy snacks – yes, still on the healthy eating plan – and plan what’s next for me and the blog.
Thanks again for visiting and I hope to see you again soon.

My imagination is a bit limited, I can only see what is in front of me now, I can’t visualise it changed, so if I started something, and didn’t like it, I would put it away and probably forget it, where you change it and carry on. It all worked well too. xx
