30 Days Of Card Making 10

Day 10 – 30 Days Of Card Making

Possibly the quickest of them all so far. Why? Read on …

Regular readers of this blog will know why I am doing this mini challenge in order to reunite my mojo with my craft space. To follow the full journey, you can find all related post in the 30 Days Of Card Making archive.

Ok, on with today’s creation.

So why was this so quick? Well, the background was created by swiping a graduated inkpad down a piece of card – that’s a lot of the card area done!

Did this again and die cut with a bow die – this was the longest thing to do for this card.

Obviously a sentiment stamp for the focal point.

Bish, bash, bosh. Done!

Oh yeah, did add some gems but didn’t really like how they turned out but didn’t want to upset mojo/craft space by being rude about them.

Ok, there we are – 10 whole days in a row! Some of you have said that these random ramblings have been inspiring you to challenge your mojo/craft space to get back together and that is very heartwarming – thank you!

If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to leave them in the comments section below.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Thanks for reading today’s progress. Hope you will join me tomorrow to see how mojo, craft space and I get on with your journey.

Much love,

J x.

Byeeee!

  1. I like the colours 😊, don’t have any graduated pads but I have a load of those silly little pads Lakeland used to sell yonks back before they stopped doing crafts. Useless for stamping, but might try wiping them on card 😊

  2. You’ve made another lovely card there John and I love the sentiment. I had no choice but to have a 2 day break and the units arrived for my dvd/cd/book collection. So I have now managed to empty about 2 dozen boxes onto shelving at last.
All the best for tomorrow’s design xx

  3. Once again a beautiful card John. I personally think the gems are perfect and look “at home” with the design. I feel a purchase of graduated ink pads coming on so I can have a go! Looking forward to the next instalment x

  4. Wow John. Another lovely card. I have 2 graduated ink pads that I’d put to one side to give away as I wasn’t using them. You have inspired me to get them out and have a go. Thank you. Excellent inspirational work. It looks like the three chums (mojo, craft room and you) are getting along very well. Jx

  6. I have several graduated ink pads (at least one of which I’ve never used!) so will definitely be giving this a go. It looks as though you’ve carefully painted it.
