Artist Trading Card Daily 98 - Wee Fairy With Pro Markers 1

Artist Trading Card Daily – 98

Hallo again my chums and chumettes. Good day? I do hope so.

Another post here for the ATC365 challenge, which includes my mini cardstock challenge.

Today’s colouring medium of choice is Pro Markers. I chose these as I wanted to see what the ‘bleed’ would be like on the Paper Milk cardstock.

Well, I was very happy with the results …

I did find that I had to be gentler than normal as pro markers are quite juicy and I was working in such a small scale but I can say that apart from that the blend was lovely and the ‘bleed’ on this cardstock posed no issues.

The colours that I chose were from my limited collection but I felt that they worked well at giving the image a ‘dusty’ pastel effect – she looks quite wistful doesn’t she?

Anyway, I’m sure that you’ve seen my previous post using this image, but if not, you can find it via this link.

If anyone is interested in trying this Paper Milk cardstock for themselves you can find it over at www.papercutz.co.uk

Sadly due to the new VAT laws (in the UK) the digital stamp that I used is no longer available online but I believe that you might still be able to find it as a physical stamp somewhere – it’s called the Rosetta Fairy.

As always, if you have any comments or questions about this post then please feel free to use the comments section below. Also, If you know of anyone that would appreciate reading this post, there are handy sharing icons below.

Many thanks for taking the time to read about my little creations.

I’ll see you again soon!

J :)

  2. I just love receiving your posts, it is like having a card sent for no special reason but it is a really cheery way to contact other crafters.
Thanks John it must be time consuming for you but it really is appreciated.
