Sometimes when I awake after a good night’s sleep I feel fresh as a daisy – to be honest though I am just about to finish a long weekend at work having done 38 hours work in three days so I am less than fresh – *wafts hand over nose* pheweee!
This ATC is therefore dedicated to the more positive element of the previous scenario.
I began by stamping out the daisy design from Tonic Studios. This was then coloured in with Spectrum Noir pens.
Blue shading was then added to the edges with some pigment ink.
A thin line of black was added to the outer edge of the white cardstock with a PITT indian ink pen, in order to give it another “layer” but without adding more cardstock.
I then mounted this onto a bright yellow cardstock that coordinated with the colour of the flowers.
A little gold glitter glue was added to the centre of the flowers for the obligatory sparkle.
And finally I created the sentiment by hand-writing the phrase and then edging with the black PITT pen. The two sections of the words were then cut out and stuck to the ATC.
Right, I’m off for a hot bath!
