Paper piecing can make messy crafting just that little bit more manageable for the tidy among us. Make sense? Probably not but hopefully this card will.

Great result, John, considering your confusion, the wrong sentiment and the Mystery of the Missing part… ;-) Still I wonder why there is a completely different layout to download (with horizontal lines and a rectangle in the middle). Never mind, had a great time watchting this! :-D

Your results are beautifully achieved. Quick question: did you fussy-cut the flowers by hand, or use your Scan n Cut? (I’m just wondering if the flower, once coloured and dry, was something you could scan/trace and then cut in an electronic cutting machine?)

Thank you Barbara. On this occasion I hand cut it as the coloured areas outside the flower would have made scanning it a bit of an issue. Having said that, if it was scanned straight after scanning, you could likely cut most of the outline and then just snip a few bits by hand.

I did it by hand. If uncoloured this stamp would be a good contender for the direct cut feature however it would be the whole flower and not just part of it.
