The first thing that I did was treat myself to a cheeky wee sale purchase of a unicorns head. Not an actual head, because that would have been weird, but instead a pattern of a head.
Specifically a machine embroidery pattern.
I then had some fun adapting and building on it in the Hatch digitizing software that I have been trying to learn.
The good news is that I think I am finally getting it as I was able to add some frames, monogramming and make a few other changes without having to reach for the help files and only had to stitch it out the once – woohoo!
Anyhoo, here is what I managed to put together.
Even more good news, I remembered to record the majority of what I did! I will therefore share the video with you in a mo. Just a quick mention on where I got me bits from.
The software and design I used in this project are available from the following locations.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts.
Oh, and if you would like to see more in this series of blog posts, as I mentioned these earlier, please visit the Sunday Stitch archive.
Ok, ready for a quick video?
Thanks for stopping by and I look forward to sharing more with you soon!
Bye for now.
