Craft Stash Giveaway 1

It’s giveaway time! In fact, it’s a series of giveaways each and every week until I’ve got shot of a bunch of my Craft Stash.

Why am I doing this and what can you win? Read on to find out more!

I am trying to reduce my Craft Stash but hate the thought of something brand new and unused going into the bin – such a waste!

So, I thought it would be ace to offer it up as an exciting opportunity for others to win it!

What do I have to giveaway this week?

One Vitrail Discovery set containing 12 x 20ml pots. Brand new, worth almost £20. Surplus to requirements – I’ve got at least two sets of these – and it could be yours!

It can be used for glass painting and mixed media. There’s much more info on the Pebeo website if you want to take a look.

In the meantime, on with the giveaway.

Ok, so, here is what you have to do.

Comment on this blog post below. Not on Facetwit or anywhere else, just here. It can be anything. The comment itself doesn’t count for anything other than me being nosy – and you registering an interest in winning this week’s goody – so feel free to tell me what the weather is like where you are, what you are having for dinner, a funny story about the cat/dog or hamster; basically, just pop a comment below so that I know you are interested and, next Tuesday I will draw a name at random from those that have commented and that person will get the item featured above.

Terms

– Prizes will be posted to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
– A signature will be required upon delivery.
– No cash alternatives, because I spent all of my cash on the stuff that I am giving away.
– Any items containing blades/glues etc can only be sent to folk that are over 18, because that’s the law.
– Only comments made on this blog post will count.

Oh, and hey, if you fancy sharing this post with some of your artsy craftsy chums, that would also be very much appreciated.

Right, time I was up and at it. Have a great day and I look forward to hearing what you have to say!

Bye for now.
J :) x

  1. Wow! Would be amazing to win some of your crafty stash! Will it come autographed?! Because that would be even better.

I think my dog is allergic to my cat. Everytime she goes near the cat, she sneezes. Or maybe she learnt it from me. She’s also learnt to walk in to doors like I do!! She’s a sighthound so I know she’s not as blind as I am!

  2. Wow what a very good and kind idea. I’d love the chance to win as my eldest daughter is due her first child next month and looking to do some stained glass pictures to hang in the window for the nursery. We are due lots of rain in the next week but so far it’s only been a slight bit of drizzle and still nice and warm weather. Also I’ve just finished painting my stairs yesterday and then I find lots of felt tips drawn all over the bottom of the stairs. 😖 when I asked my youngest daughter how this happened she pointed straight to my dog and said he did it. 😱 I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. So I guess I’ll be painting the bottom of the stairs again today. Also I’ll be getting a lock for my craft room so no children get into my supplies in the future. 😆 Happy Crafting xx

  4. Hi John, what a great idea. Please don’t enter me into this one as I do very little mixed media and it would be a waste but I love looking at what you do and I would like to see what the eventual winner makes with it.

  6. This is a great idea, I should do it too. About to start packing up my craft room supplies so I can move into my sons bedroom now he’s moved out and it’s at least twice the size! It’s a very small craft room. I shouldnt be looking at getting more stuff but I was looking at this vitrial stuff just today! Really want to do some paint pouring. Wx

  7. Very kind of you! I’ve not tried glass painting yet, it’s been on my ‘to do’ list for a wee while now. All this rain is a good reason to give something new a go. Hope you’re enjouing your new home 😊

  8. Hi John
Nice of you to share your crafty stash, although my hubby will raise his eyebrows at yet more stuff for my craft room if I win….still at least he knows where to find me when I’m not at work. Still using tips learnt from you at Scan n cut workshop in Bournemouth last year, thank you.
Enjoying a sunny evening listening to birds singing in the garden, what’s not to love about that. A x

  9. Hello John, Haven’t seen these before. Have been trying out different paints and pens on glass over the past day or so for a project I’m planning (If I can work it out!). Would love to give these a try.

  10. Dear John,
How generous. I have used some of the Pebeo paints to make jewellery and really like them. I am writing this before going to our church to help prepare for our holiday Bible Club- the theme is detectives. Should be fun.

  11. Afternoon John. On our hols at the moment in sunny Somerset. Been to beautiful Wells today. Was stormy yesterday but the tent held up. Hope the weather is not too bad up there in Scotland. Sounds like it’s not too good at home in Lancashire either. Stay dry. Kath x

  13. Hi John, what a great offer from you, it is a good way to get crafters to try something new. I have a clear out too once is a while and am very surprised when I find things I have either forgot I bought or have inherited. Most of my excess stash goes to a local craft charity shop so some one else can buy it and help the charity. Happy Crafting from Jenny T.

  14. Good morning John. What a lovely prize. I really do like pebeo products. I am just spending a bit of time going through my emails before I go off to my Volunteer job at my local hospital. I am a guide. This involves telling people where to go ! Helping them sign in. Pushing people around in wheelchairs and getting yelled at by all and sundry when we don’t have any wheel chairs . I have been doing it for nearly 20 years so it can’t be that bad ha ha.
