That it was the time of the Taurean star sign!
I would therefore like to I wish any of my blog followers with a birthday between April 20th and May 21st a day of fun-filled festivity!
Folk born under the sign of Taurus are said to be unwavering, strong-willed, and steadfast in their opinions
To celebrate the Taureans, and all upcoming Zodiac occurrences I treated myself to a fabulous set of Cosmic Stars stamps by Mama Elephant from Simon Says Stamp.
Cute, aren’t they?
Taureans are also said to adore comfort and to like being surrounded by pleasing, soothing things. Apparently, they also favor a good meal and a fine wine.
Now, I am not sure that I believe all of that so, contrary to ALL of the traits that I read about Taureans, I made this!
A whole bunch of curious bulls surrounded by crazy and chaotic colour!
Personally, I like this card. It’s got a certain something about it.
Anyhoo, mooving on, I’d best give you a quick overview of how I put it together.
The background was made with watercolour cardstock and watercolour paint in a random haphazard way.
The bulls were stamped out onto white cardstock using pigment ink.
This was all layered onto the card with a couple of torn strips of the background to add some extra ‘thing’ to the background.
Finally I coloured in the bulls with gel pens and I ended up with this.
Colourful, cute and creative. Job done!

There may indeed be a UK based seller however I ordered direct and paid the standard international postage which is shown on their website.
