Well, just a week after my move to Scotland and I am now boarding a train back to Peterborough in order to make an appearance on a series of shows on Ideal World TV and Create and Craft TV.
Oddly, this journey also started in Peterborough.
Allow me to enlighten thee …
It was as I was handing the keys back for Maisy the Motorhome that I was asked if I was free to come back to the Create & Craft TV studios in a couple of weeks and speak about a range of paper trimmers and a lightbox.
Always eager to try out new things I quickly agreed and was handed two rather swish bags and a box and then patted on the bottom, which was nice but a little unexpected, and sent off to the train station to make the move up north to Scotland.
If you follow me on Facebook you will have seen me midway through that train journey – not many folk move home by train now do they? Lol!
Anyway, here was that image …
Anyone else find it hilarious that my craft stash out-sizes my actual suitcase whilst moving home? LOL!!!
Anyway, it wasn’t until a few days later that I was able to unpack these goodies and have a play. Here is what I found.

These were both snuggled in their own rather swish tote bags.
Finally the Cutterpillar Glow – loved bathing in the crisp LED glow – how exciting?!
It even comes with a wonderful transparent cutting mat too so you can craft directly over the light source!
There are plenty of other good reasons as to why these are a must-have but apologies for not having the time to offer a full review in this post but I’ll let you know more in the shows and also do some future blog posts too of course.
Unfortunately I don’t yet know the prices either but I do know that the shows will be a ‘Pick Of The Day’ meaning that there will be a significant saving – but only for 24 hours. So, if you have been waiting for any of these items, now [well, after 9pm today] is a good time to grab them.
Speaking of which, I had better let you know when the shows are.

Have a good one John! Was at the hospital today and was up a 6:30am (yikes!) to get there, only got home 3/4 of an hour ago so if I’m awake I’ll watch. Am tempted as a reliable guillotine is hard to find… If not I’ll be watching tomorrow for sure.

Wonderful news, John. More John, I say. More John. I too am a Cutterpillar Pro owner and have found it to be worth every penny. I often use it as a work surface. I saw Kelly (on YouTube) showing the new products at Phoenix back in January. If the trimmer is anything to go back, then the cutting mat and light box will be top class. I expect to hear a lot of moaning … “How much?! I got one for a fiver, so who do C&C think they are?” … yada, yada, yada. You simply won’t be able to please all the people all the time, but anyone who has a Cutterpillar product will know they are investing in quality. Can’t wait to watch your shows. Have fun.

Lovely to have you back on TV, and with, in my opinion, such a good brand. I personally have the smaller trimmer, and once I had let myself believe in its capabilities, I discovered it was worth every penny, and don’t use anything else for trimming now. I hope you being back on TV, is the beginning of a regular occurrence. Anne x
