Today’s ATC takes the theme of transformation, literally.
The chrysalis stamp came from a free set that I got with Issue 22 of Creative Stamping magazine.
I stamped this with black archival ink and then coloured it with basic colouring pencils.
I added the clouds using a post it note mask and a cyan coloured Versacolor inkpad.
The wording stamps were from the same set as the Chrysalis stamp. I extended the word “new” using a Pigma Micron pen, giving it a little more gravitas and design.
I finished it off by layering it onto some coordinating cardstock.
That concludes today’s little creation.

Yet another lovely design which shows how a very simple image can be used to great effect. I’ve used your technique for the clouds recently on a card featuring an old fashioned biplane using post it masks and it looks really good as well as being so easy to do. Thanks John – I’m learning all the time and enjoying your series of ATC’s immensely! x
