Today’s Artist Trading Card post features a little more in terms of techniques and focuses on the theme of the dream.
The background was created using a script stamp from Indigo Blu, stamped and embossed in white on watercolour cardstock. Colour was then applied with Tim Holtz distress inks which were spritzed with water in order to spread the colour blend.
This was layered onto some coordinating cardstock.
The flower design was created by using a stencil through which alcohol ink was spritzed using the pen spritzer from Perfect Paper Partners.
I applied some mini gems up the sides to add a little bling – this is nice dream after all :)
The lettering was created by using individual mini alphabet stamps which were then coloured, punched out with a small square punch and then edged with a black pen. They were then put in place using Pinflair Glue Gel.
Hope you liked this one and will continue to visit as the collection grows.
Thanks for stopping by.
J :)

Lovely colours John. I find ATCs tricky because of the size but you have inspired me to have a go. I am collecting all my tiny stamps together as a starting point. Chris K
