I am already a Patreon member, my last payment to you was my annual renewal back in March this year. However, I have just been on to the site to check if I could renew early and take advantage of this offer, and all your content is locked.

I don’t see a subscription under the name “Clare Allen”, nor with the gmail email address associated with this comment. Would you have used a different email address to register with Patreon?
If so, make sure to sign in to Patreon with that alternate email address in order to unlock content.
If you didn’t, please can you use the contact form on this blog (not these comments) to send me as much detail about your Patreon sub as possible so that I would be able to track you down and see what is going on please?
By the way, the offer is for new annual subs so am unclear if it would be applied to existing subscribers that are renewing early.
