On the third day of Christmas my true love sent to me, three french hens …

I’m sure the anti Europeans will have something to say about this verse. Perhaps they will have been pleased with the late 1800s alternative of three fat hens?!
Carol aside, I should let you know that I used the 12 Days Of Christmas stamp set that came free with Issue 63 of Creative Stamping Magazine.
A line was drawn at the side of the Artist Trading Card and the sentiment stamped in the space created. This area was then masked off and the main design was stamped across the remaining space.
Alcohol markers were then used to colour the design in.
There seems to be a lot of alcohol involved in my Christmas crafting this year.
Have you treated yourself to a little tipple over the festive period? Maybe had one too many along with a load of grub and are now feeling like a fat hen?
Hehe, as long as you are smiling, that’s what counts.
Anyway, I’d best get on. Lots to sort out for the new year.
Bye for now.
J :)
