One of the least changed lyrics of the song with only one variation over time, it seems that the turtle doves were a fave throughout the ages.
Carol aside, I should let you know that I used the 12 Days Of Christmas stamp set that came free with Issue 63 of Creative Stamping Magazine.
A line was drawn at the side of the Artist Trading Card and the sentiment stamped in the space created. This area was then masked off and the main design was stamped across the remaining space.
Alcohol pens were then used to colour the design in.
Wow, boxing day already?! It will soon be the end of the year. I hope that you will be celebrating in style.
As for me, I’m most likely off to bed very soon – yes, I know it’s only early evening but it’s warm and cozy in the bed. Well, once I’ve got the hot water bottle sorted.

Ooh hope your hottie is creative…is it a character? I have a fury Orinoco Womble… mainly because I am allergic to rubber ahem! Hope at least you have a fleecy cover. Oh have you seen the long skinny ones bit like a snake? Be lovely for lying down your spine.

Another lovely ATC. Think I’d settle for warm and cosy…..instead of nudging 40 degrees…phew. Thank goodness for a bit of crafting to take my mind off the heat and of course the aircon. All the very best for a wonderful 2019. Karen x
