If You Go Down To The Woods Today …

May 24, 2016 — 8 Comments

… you’re in for a little surprise.

For the filthy minded the title of this post, and its content, probably won’t match up to your expectations.

For the rest of you, I think you’ll be pleasantly rewarded.

After the marbling workshop that we did in Essex the other day I had a few bits left over and, given that I don’t have a whole lot of room to store my bits in Maisy, I thought that it would be a good idea to use these up.

Using up scraps usually says to me ‘small project’ so I set about creating a little ATC with one of the scraps.

It didn’t take long as I went for a simple ‘show off the paper’ style affair.

Just a little matting and layering with a bit of ribbon sandwiched in between, then finished off with a couple of colour coordinated mini gems.

There you have it. A pretty little decoration.

That’s it for this one. Thanks for stopping by.

Catch you again soon.

I have never tried marbling but this little ATC has got me interested, I might just give it a go. Thanks John.

Very pretty, marbling has definitely grown on me in the last few days.

Have a lovely time John and everyone going to the workshop in Bury St Edmunds. John, Bury is a lovely place, well worth a look around :-) Would have loved to have joined you but not to be. John, enjoy my beautiful county!
