Explorations In Mixed Media Part 2 – Dreaming of a Mess-Free Life

During this week’s explorations in mixed media I began dreaming of a mess-free life. It ain’t going to happen, at least not when creating, so I just went with it.

Quite pleased really as that surrender to the mood resulted in this!

Of course it went through a few twists and turns but hopefully that’s what will make the video (below) a little more interesting.

Watch The Mess Unfold!

Want to see how I put this all together using pretty much everything in sight? Great! Just hit play…

Anyhoo, that’s it for this one this week. Hope you enjoyed it and will pop back next time to see a different kind of mess.

  1. Awesome make John. I loved that you changed the image with the purple background into the gorgeous ruby background.
Do you think that the foiling also would stick to wet paint or does it need the stickiness of wet glue to adhere too?
Can;t wait to see more of your mixed media makes and I don’t think that crafters can craft mess free John, I sure can’t😂
Thank you so much for sharing your awesome inspiration, stay safe and have a wonderful evening.
