Another week has rolled around already and that means it’s time to colour yourself calm again.
This collection of blog posts is a weekly series through 2022 and will feature an A to Z (a pun on the acronym, ATC – which stands for artist trading card) of mindfulness plus there will be able to print an ATC sized design to colour in.
For those with a little more time and patience, there will also be a larger version included with the download.
This one obviously features the letter ‘B’ and will briefly talk about why breathing is important for mindfulness, and not just staying alive, lol!
Anyhoo, here was my attempt at colouring the larger version of this week’s design.
Plenty of “whoopsies” but, despite that, a lot calmer each time I did a bit.
