It can often be prudent to approach your designing in Scan N Cut Canvas with a certain method otherwise you may stumble across an error code or two.
In this video I’ll be taking a look at ErrS12 in Scan N Cut Canvas in relation to a viewers query following my previous blog post about designing a circular chain link frame.
Sue wrote to me as she had watched the previous video and was a little frustrated as she had enjoyed the video and had decided to try the technique with an alternative shape but was coming across the error code ErrS12 when she came to welding the frame.
After receiving the file that Sue was working on I thought that it might be useful to all Scan N Cut Canvas users to take a look at why this may happen and what can be done to resolve it.
So, in short, it’s better to get all of your editing done to the main shape before replicating it and building a large design from it in order to avoid this error code when designing frames.
I hope that this has helped a little in your design confidence and will try and do more of these in the near future.
