Here is another card sample that I made for the recent run of Spellbinders shows on Create and Craft TV using the Whirl About Cut, Tuck and Fold Die Set die set.
To make this card I first layered up the background, choosing the colours of the cardstock from the paper that I had selected.
I then cut a mat using the largest of the dies from the Whirl About set, matching it to the colours of the layers that I had just made.
I then cut out that largest of the cut, tuck and fold dies including the border at the same time. Again I matched this with the colours of the cardstock that created the layers.
To finish I added a sentiment and a bow.

Another lovely card. I am making a notebook with your designs in to use as inspiration when my crafting mojo deserts me. I have just spent a lovely hour trying out my gelli plate. It’s very addictive. Have you tried one yet?

A stunning card. It’s nice to see different colours used with the dies and such a pretty background paper.

I love these cut fold and tuck dies and you make cardmaking look so simple. I find that I am not gifted in creating designs or matching colours and being in my early seventies we never as youngsters had the opportunities to learn these skills and it doesn’t come automatically with me. I notice that on your cards you use which look like paper bows, is this a die of some sort, maybe you could let me know. Love your demos I have purchased some Inkadinkado stamps and gear so I will watch your programmes showing these and try to get to grips with it. Regards Patj

Hi Pat. I used a variety of methods for the paper bows. The teeny ones were a Memory Box die, the mid sized ones used a Hot Of The Press Template and the large ones were a cut I made on the Cricut machine.

Hi John I love these cut, fold and tuck dies. This is a really pretty card. I love the way you have pulled all the colours together from the background paper. I’m making Christmas cards at the moment but might just have to experiment with my new cut, fold and tuck dies. Thank you for your inspiration of how I could use them.
