The ATC of Mindfulness A – Free Download to Colour In

For those that enjoyed my previous Mandala Monday series, a new series of free colouring designs launches today with a pun and an innuendo.

This collection of blog posts (starting with this one) is a weekly series through 2022 and will feature an A to Z (a pun on the acronym, ATC – which stands for artist trading card) of mindfulness plus you will be able to print an ATC sized design to colour in. For those with a little more time and patience, there will also be a larger version included with the download.

This first one obviously features the letter ‘a’ and will briefly talk about why being aware is important for mindfulness.

Downloading Is Easy

If you would like to download the PDF to print and colour, just click on one of the buttons below depending on which size of paper your printer takes.

  1. Thank you John, really looking forward to this series, I have suffered with depression and anxiety for over 25 year’s, obviously the last 2 year’s have been a nightmare as they have for many others ❤️xx
