Day 4 – 30 Days Of Card Making
Bit earlier with this make as the making session took place MUCH earlier due to a waking up ridiculously early.
Regular readers of this blog will know why I am doing this mini challenge in order to reunite my mojo with my craft space. To follow the full journey, you can find all related post in the 30 Days Of Card Making archive.
Ok, on with today’s creation.

Texture paste was spread through a stencil and allowed to dry. A couple of different colours of wax paste were then blended/dry brushed on.
The edges were inked and a sentiment sticker strip was added to the bottom edge.
A surprising result from so little.
Ok, 4 whole days in a row! Woo-hoo!
If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to leave them in the comments section below.
I look forward to hearing your thoughts.
Thanks for reading today’s progress. Hope you will join me tomorrow to see how mojo, craft space and I get on with your journey.
Much love,
J x.
Byeeee!
I am new to stencilling, do you do a video on how to use them or should I look at Visible Image. Love this card and I could use it to send whilst on lock down.

I don’t have anything specifically on using stencils so yes, as the makers of that particular stencil, you could look at the Visible Image website for more inspiration or of course you could also do an internet search for creative stencil technique tutorials and see if anything comes that inspires you.
Perhaps I will add some to my channel in the future but there’s a fair bit for me to get through before then. Happy creating! :)

Love the colour on this one. What do you use to spread the paste with? Is this a job for an old credit card, or do you have a proper tool for it?

Old credit card would be just fine. Artist palette knives come in all sorts of sizes and price points, any of those would work too.

Love this design John. Where did you get the hand stencil? I have a friend who is interested in palmistry so this would be perfect for her. Glad to see you are now getting mojo and craft space on your wavelength. Long may it continue x
