Wow, another month has flown by and we are here at the end of May.
That means it’s time to share the submissions for this months colour challenge …
The colours for May were …
Very amazed to see what you’ve made
Deborah Dudman went to town on her creations and matched the colour choices in the challenge to her collection of Cosmic Shimmer gilding polishes. Graphite was added to set the colours off and a few gems to complete the look – very stylish and contemporary Deborah!
Christine Patch sent in this design made with Leonie Pujol’s new mask and stamp range. She still used Tim Holts distress inkpads but had to substitute colour that she didn’t have – looks good and still fits within the range of the challenge Christine :)
Donna Vallard sent in this image of a design that she had coloured in using the colours in the challenge – great to see the colours being used independently Donna, it shows they’re compatibility well :)
Last, but not least, were these lovely window frames sent in by Ros Toman. Ros used Spectrum Noir aquatints to paint the scene – what fantastic vision to use these colours in this way, thank you for sending them in Ros. :)
What a fabulous and diverse range wasn’t it?
If you would like to take part in the colour challenge for June then please do pop back tomorrow for the colour choice.
Many thanks for reading and thanks to all those that took part :)
Chat again soon.

Congratulations to Deborah, Christine, Donna and Ros for producing 4 fabulous projects. These are some of my favourite colours- I have a crochet top testament to that! I would happily have all of these in my home, well done ladies and well done John for an inspired idea of a challenge!
Big hugs as ever to you John, hope you and Maisie haven’t been washed away in the rain!
