Exciting News – A Sale AND A Brand NEW Course (Also On Sale)!

Today arrives with three bits of exciting news for Scan N Cut owners.

The first bit of good news is that, if you have been waiting for a good reason to enrol in my Brother Scan N Cut – Cut, Draw & Scan with Confidence course, then today is the day as Udemy are running a mega sale which has knocked the one-time enrolment fee down from £29.99 to £10.99

Brother Scan N Cut – Cut, Draw and Scan with Confidence

The second piece of great news is that I have just released a brand new course centred around Canvas Workspace called, Mastering Canvas Workspace.

Are you confident with your Brother Scan N Cut CM or DX machine but want to expand your creative skill set to include the companion software, Canvas Workspace?

If you answered yes, then this course is for you!

Following on from the hugely successful best selling course, Brother Scan N Cut – Cut, Draw and Scan with Confidence, I am now looking forward to guiding you through to creative confidence with all three versions of Canvas Workspace.

Prepared in easy to follow bite-sized chunks and formed around a simple workflow of adding, editing and exporting, this course will take you from the very beginning and give you the confidence to get creative and do more with your machine.

Each version of Canvas Workspace is broken down into key learning stages that reflect the basic workflow in order to build your confidence as you watch. There are even some just-for-fun quizzes along the way!

Your learning goals may focus on one particular version of Canvas Workspace and that’s Ok! Remember, there is no pressure from me for you to finish this course in any particular order or as quickly as possible. Simply start when you are ready, take it in your own time and learn what you need, when you need to.

No previous experience required! You can be a total beginner ready to register for your free Canvas Workspace account and you will still be able to follow along.

Not only that, but you can also watch anytime, anywhere! Watch and re-watch again and again – you have lifetime access to this course and if it gets updated, you will have access to the new version at no extra cost!

Ready to get creatively confident with Canvas Workspace…?

Then you are reading at the right time as, unbelievably, despite it being day one of this new course, it has also made it into the sale so if you’ve been looking to get to grips with the companion software to the Scan N Cut, now is the best time to enrol!

  1. Hi John,

  2. Hi John

I am a bit confused – not difficult I have to admit! I have your Scan N Cut with Confidence course and wonder if this new Canvas Workspace course is separate from your original course and goes into more depth than the original course? If so I will buy it. I need all the help I can get.

I love that I can dip in and out of the course I have as and when I need to . My memory is not brilliant so this feature is very handy when I have forgotten what to do after time away from SNC.

Thanks for all that you do for us. Much appreciated.

    Regards

    • Hi Diana, The new course covers all three versions of Canvas Workspace and was recorded using the latest versions of each.
I do have some minor planned updates for the original course as recent updates have changed the interface slightly.
My thoughts are that this course is purely focused on Canvas Workspace and may help avoid the large volume of other information on the original course.
Both will set you up to work with Canvas Workspace so it’s up to you if you want the new course.

  3. Whoop whoop signed up for Canvas course. Loved the Scan n cut course so looking forward to doing this one and making more use of Canvas instead of just doing very very basic things.x

  4. Thank you for the link J!

I already have your other course but a more up to date one is always easier to follow. I did try to post a comment on your post but for some reason I couldn’t log in. WordPress was asking me to log in and as I am just creating a couple of websites I don’t want to mess up my logins! Sorry but a WordPress newbie again after years of neglect on promoting myself 🤦🏼‍♀️

All the best with your new course.

  5. Hi John, (found you via Julie Hickey). This is exactly what I’ve been looking for! I bought a SNC a couple of years ago ready to master when I retire in a couple of years time and though I’ve used it a little, I could definitely benefit from doing a course. One question, is there much overlap between the original course (which I will definitely buy) and the new Canvas Workspace one. I would love to learn to use that as well but obviously want to spend my pennies wisely! Thanks ~ Stef

    • Hi Stef. The original course covers the machine, has an overview of Canvas Workspace and covers a range of accessories plus more.
The new course is entirely focused in Canvas Workspace and does not feature the machine at all.
In addition, the original course is awaiting updates that I need to create whereas the new course was recorded with the latest versions of all three versions.
As both are on sale it’ll actually work out less than the original course to enrol in both now.
      Hope this helps.

      • That’s great, thanks for your help John. Yes, I was thinking that I would probably sign up for both courses. I will certainly have plenty of things to do when I get some free time! Thanks ~ Stef
