Possibly the quickest concept card I have ever made, mind you, I did cheat a bit.
Inspired by the Graphic 45 papers that I have been using this week and some decoupage sheets that I have had sat around for a while, I used todays card making layout to create this.

You could use any doming gel, adhesive epoxy dots, self adhesive pearls or gems. They all work.
