It’s that day of the year again. You need to get the dinner ready, you’re thinking you should go on a diet, the kids are screaming the house down and you’re hoping that the distant relatives will leave soon.

That’s right, it’s Monday again.

Hehe, no, but seriously, in case you hadn’t noticed, it’s Christmas day!

It’s been a bit quiet on the blog this last couple of months, however, don’t fret as I have been working hard on getting 2018 ready. That means many different things to many different people but today is not the day to think about it.

Today is the time to touch every heart with love and care. Christmas is the time to receive and send blessings. It is the time to breathe the magic in the air.

Yup, I copied that off the internet. Don’t think I could have come up with something so sweet and sickly – *chokes down a bit of sick*.

So, whether you are spending the day with family and friends or simply relaxing on the sofa and drinking a glass of bubbly and nibbling your body weight in HEALTHY snacks on your own, like me, I sincerely hope that you put the rest of the year to one side, reflect on the good in the world and have a wonderful day.

May your Christmas sparkle with moments of love, laughter and goodwill.

Might be able to get one more of these sentimental things out before I throw up…
