Another Scan N Cut Workshop is now available – this time in Kent on Saturday, January 27th, 2018.
During the day you will be guided through a full overview of the machine and we will also work our way through a range of simple tasks and mini paper craft projects that have been designed to build your understanding of the machine, it’s features, be able to problem solve and become more creative with your Brother Scan N Cut.
Time will also be given to highlighting some features of Scan N Cut Canvas and also to answer questions that might not have been covered during the day.
The workshop will be held on Saturday 27th January, 2018 OR Sunday 28th January and will run from 10am to 4pm.
Included in the price of £65 are the following additional benefits:
- Free parking.
- Complimentary tea/coffee throughout the day.
- A light lunch.
- All materials (cardstock/vinyl etc) needed for the projects.
- A download link giving access to all currently available digital cutting files from Digital Craft Emporium – worth over £200.
You will need to bring your machine and a Mid Tack or Standard Tack cutting mat. If you also own a scanning mat you can bring this with you but it is not essential.
The day will be held at:
Village Hotel, Castle View, Forstal Road, Maidstone, ME14 3AQ (map)

Hi John, just ordered my Brother scan and cut and would love to attend Maidstone workshop but it is full. Any chance of being on a waiting list for any cancellations?

Hi Maureen, That’s good to hear. I don’t have a waiting list system as I am generally going to be doing only the one workshop in each area. Do subscribe to this blog’s newsletter though as any future dates or other Scan N Cut related stuff will be posted here.

I would love to attend one of your workshops but will you be doing one in Essex at all? Kent in January can be quite dodgy weather wise and is just that little bit too far for me to drive to.

Sadly Helen I am only going to be able to do a few and the ones that I have organised so far have been based on volume of people requesting from those regions.

Dearest John, I think the Scan Ncut venues are brilliant, but what about your devoted followers who live just about in the middle of Maidstone and Edinburgh like Birmingham. Surely there must be a few hundred crafters in the West Midlands who have purchased a Machine, and who would dearly love a day with you showing us how to use it. So come on you Midlanders drop a line to John and show him we would make it worth his while to come and help us.
Hope you are keeping well John.
Joan xx

Don’t suppose by any remote chance there’s going to be a workshop in or near cornwall ?
