Split Letter Monogram Cutting File Set in DXF, FCM and SVG Formats – Out Now!

November 9, 2016 — 5 Comments

I’ve been admiring the split letter monogram look recently so decided to have a go at putting together a simple set for you to play with.

This is now available at www.digitalcraftemporium.co.uk

What are split monograms? They are quite simply a single letter or number with a blank space across the outline into which you can add a word or phrase.

Want to see what they look like? Here you go …

In this set I have included all characters from A-Z and also numbers, 0-9.

They make wonderful card fronts …

They are supplied in the usual file formats that you can expect from www.digitalcraftemporium.co.uk

These are:

  • SVG – Scalable Vector Graphics. This is an image file type that can also be used by most home hobby cutting machines including Scan N Cut, Cricut and various others. Some machines will require the file to be converted in external software before it can be used for cutting.
  • DXF – A vector based file type that can be used by most home hobby cutting machines. In particular this file type can be used with the Silhouette range of cutting machines in the free version of their software. It can also be used in the majority of CAD software if you are super clever.
  • FCM – A cutting file type only compatible with the Brother Scan N Cut series of machines.

Don’t forget they are also supplied with a generous angel policy allowing you to sell whatever physical goods you make with them.

You know the best thing? They’re just £1 for the entire set!

Thanks for stopping by – catch you again soon.

J :)

I’m interested in this set. What I’d like to do is add my daughters name in the middle and apply into a wedding place card, so it pop up at the top. Is this doable ???
I’ve tried following your video. Got there eventually but, not convinced my attempt is good enough.

Thank you John. You did it again, great set.Jackie x
