Although the Doncaster Crafting Live event was behind me, Yorkshire certainly wasn’t.
Today it was off to Garforth near Leeds to visit the Craftwork Cards HQ and meet up with some old friends and new.
Pulling up at the shop I was excitedly greeted by my pint sized pal, Julie Hickey
Many of you will have seen Julie through her appearances on television and projects in magazines as a demonstrator and brand ambassador for Craftwork Cards.
Julie is also an accomplished author amongst her many talents too so I was honoured to be holding this workshop along side her.
Then it was inside to meet Sue. Sue doesn’t do photos – why ever not you glorious lady?!
The next thing to see was the biscuits!
No, no, *shakes head*, it was the wealth of inspiration to be seen in the shop.
Amazing!
It wasn’t long before it was down to work. Julie and I had several projects planned.
Mine were fairly basic & simple to do but Julie’s, being the expert she is, were amazing!
The ladies got stuck in with creative gusto.
All of the makes were brilliant!
We even had time for the obligatory Maisy selfie …
… and I even had time for a little browse/shop.
Whoopsie ;)
Ah well, they’ll always come in handy.
So, that’s another All Counties Craft workshop done.
Im going to be honest, after a rubbish couple of days the lovely ladies today and the very supportive team at Craftwork Cards have put a smile back on my face so thank you to everyone that booked and/or came! :)
One more visit to Doncaster to do this weekend before moving further North next week.
If you’d like to know where I will be and which workshops still have space available, please do pop over to the itinerary page.
In the meantime you can of course still donate through my Just Giving page.
Thats it for this post so thank you for stopping by and hope you enjoyed seeing what happened on the day.
Catch you again soon!
J :)

Hi John
Looks like you had a fabulous time. I am a reasonably recent convert to Craftwork Cards products in the last year and I am pretty addicted to them- the USB collections are just amazing, as are the stamps, papers, toppers, cards… (wistful thoughts)
Ah well, I’d best get on. Doing some paperwork for the Mister. Not many ways I can contribute but this I can do. Team work! :-)
big hugs, T xxx
