I was so pleased to see this event come up as i am from Blackpool and have yet to visit Hunkydory Towers and I am so chuffed to be able to meet you both, the rather giggley and talented Anne Marie and the most marvelous Mr Bloodworth! I myself have ongoing battles with the whole gang (Anxiety, depression, stress and IBS) and enjoy all types of craft to help me and give me alot of joy giving gifts to friends and trying to sell at craft fairs. But at the moment i am doing pretty well and am very thankful for it. The more awareness we spread the better x x x See you all soon!

My neck of the woods, so I’m assuming I’ll be seeing you sometime around then as a Christmas Eve draw winner? Once I know the date,I’ll know when to start baking – any requests?!

    Hi John

Wow, if I lived in Preston I’d snap this up straight away… what lucky people!

You did some brilliant work on Create and Craft this week John. As I have mentioned before, I don’t own a Scan n Cut but after watching you this week I reckon if you plopped one in front of me now I’d have it up, running, scanning and cutting in an instant! Even the Mr reckoned he’d be able to operate one and he can barely work his smart phone. I am the technical one in this partnership for sure! Brilliant demos and loads of technical stuff but in a way that everyone understands- as proven by the Mr! Good work and it was like you’d never been away, the ultimate professional Gentleman Crafter!

I own another brand of cutting machine and to learn it and the software was probably the crafty equivalent of studying for A levels while learning to use the Scan n Cut is like an infant school spelling test. So it’s easier and therefore quicker to get up and running and such great results. I’d quite happily add one to my collection but sadly, only after some overdue decorating and a big clear out on a certain auction site to help pay for better storage. My craft room is many rooms in one and it’s to be sorted. Unless I can work out how to sneak one in unnoticed of course!

Plus we were so glad the challenge got plenty of mentions and hopefully that will translate into more bookings and donations.

Sorry for hijacking your post but I had to give a shout out about how good your shows were. Wishing you all the best and I hope the upcoming workshops run smoothly (as I’m sure they will) and I wish you and Maisie clear roads and carefree camping.

Sending sunny, happy thoughts to everyone,

    T x
