Hello again! How are you?

For today’s mini coloured creation I have been using the Spectrum Noir pencils along with the Paper Milk cardstock from Paper Cutz.

Before a quick explanation of how I did that, here is the finished ATC.

I am very impressed with myself on this one.

This one started out with the Miss Hood digi from Make It Crafty.

I began to colour and blend with Zest It pencil blending solution. The Paper Milk cardstock took both really well – you can see the difference here.

After applying and blending I also went back in with some light strokes of deeper colours to give the image it’s depth. The fine pencils strokes showed up beautifully.

To add a little finishing touch I also used the pencils and blending solution to add some shading to the upper corners.

And that, my friends, was that.

All of the colours that I used were from the Primaries set of Spectrum Noir colouring pencils.

Anyway, hope you like the look of this one – I’m definitely enjoying this little cardstock test series; it’s giving me chance to try all sorts of colouring medium and techniques that I don’t always get chance to do.
